1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan. However, delivery to certain remote areas may be subject to additional charges or extended delivery times.

 

2. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges vary based on the order value, product weight, and delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on specific products or order values. Terms and conditions apply.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD service may be available in select cities with an additional handling fee.
3. Delivery Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Karachi: 1-3 business days
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.

5. Shipment Tracking

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).

7. Undeliverable Orders

An order may be considered undeliverable if:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient is unavailable at the delivery time
  • The courier service is unable to reach the location

In such cases, our team will attempt to contact you for re-delivery. If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and a refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
