1. Delivery Policy

At Mega Computer, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and safely across Pakistan.

**Delivery **Timeframes:

  • Karachi: 1-2 business days

  • Other Major Cities: 2-4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4-7 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Karachi: Free delivery on orders above PKR 10,000; PKR 250 for smaller orders.

  • Other Cities: Charges vary based on location and weight of the package.

  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 3 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Partners:
We use trusted courier services, including TCS, Leopard, and M&P, to ensure timely deliveries.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the guidelines below:

    Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Products must be in unused, original condition with all accessories and packaging.
    • Opened or used products (except in cases of defect/damage) are not eligible for return.
    Non-Returnable Items:
    • Software, digital products, and licenses.
    • Clearance or sale items.
    • Products with missing accessories or damaged packaging.
    How to Initiate a Return:

    2. Our support team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
    3. If approved, send the product to our return address (shipping charges may apply).
    4. Upon inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
    Refunds:
    • Refunds are processed via bank transfer, store credit, or original payment method.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
